Aria Air setup & troubleshooting
Use this Aria Air-specific guide for setup, weigh-ins, syncing and common connection questions.
1. Set up your Aria Air
Install the Fitbit app, sign in to the account you want to use, and follow the app instructions to add your scale. Keep the scale near your phone or the required network during setup.
2. If the scale will not connect
Check Bluetooth or Wi-Fi requirements for this model, keep the scale powered, and restart the app before trying the setup flow again.
3. If your weight is not syncing
Open the Fitbit app and check that the correct account is signed in. Complete another weigh-in and keep the scale connected until the result finishes syncing.
4. Battery and power
Use the correct batteries or power source for this scale. If the display or connection is intermittent, replace batteries when applicable and check the battery compartment.
5. Account and privacy
Use your own Fitbit/Google account and review profile settings. Never share your password or verification code with someone who contacts you.
