Flyer setup & troubleshooting
Use this Flyer-specific guide for Bluetooth pairing, playback and charging questions.
1. Set up your Flyer
Charge the headphones, turn them on, then open your phone Bluetooth settings and follow the pairing instructions for the device.
2. If Bluetooth pairing fails
Keep the headphones close to the phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on, remove an old pairing if necessary, and retry discovery.
3. If audio cuts out
Keep the phone within the normal Bluetooth range, reduce nearby wireless interference, and make sure the headphones have sufficient battery.
4. Charging help
Use the supplied or compatible charging accessory and check the charging connection. Allow the device time to charge before retrying playback.
5. Account and safety
Do not share passwords or verification codes with anyone claiming to provide support. Use official Fitbit help for account recovery.
